Job Announcement – Freelance Field Supervisors, Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam)

As part of our ongoing
consumer survey projects in Saudi Arabia
, we are seeking
experienced and motivated Freelance Field Supervisors
to coordinate and oversee field operations.

Successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring data quality, team performance, and adherence to project standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, brief, train, and supervise teams of field interviewers.
  • Coordinate field data collection activities to ensure compliance with research protocols.
  • Monitor daily progress, conduct spot checks, and validate collected data.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality, and respondent respect.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager for planning, logistics, and reporting.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and motivation to field teams.

Cities:
Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, Medina, Dammam, Al Khobar.

Profile and Qualifications

  • Minimum
    2–3 years
    of experience in
    field survey supervision
    (quantitative and/or qualitative).
  • Proven experience in recruiting, training, and managing field teams.
  • Experience with
    CAPI data collection tools
    (e.g., SurveyToGo, Survey Solutions, SurveyCTO, ODK) is an asset.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic
    required;
    English
    proficiency is an advantage.
  • Applicants must have
    legal authorization
    to work as independent freelancers in Saudi Arabia.
  • The selected candidate must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality and deadlines.
