Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh for a Supervisor - Merchandising. The role involves overseeing and managing the merchandising team, strategizing product display and layout to enhance customer experience, and ensuring the optimization of stock levels. Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, and providing exceptional customer service to meet business objectives. The Supervisor will also monitor merchandise performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess sales data, inventory levels, and market trends
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for interacting effectively with teams and customers
  • Experience in Retail and Merchandise management, including strategy development
  • Proven leadership skills to supervise teams and ensure efficient workflow
  • Knowledge of merchandising software and tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
