About Our Client

Our client is a well-established Middle East franchise operator of a global pizza and quick-service restaurant brand.

We're looking for a Supply Chain Officer based in
Riyadh, KSA.

This role will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, inventory, vendor management, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, and distribution for both food and non-food categories.
  • Work closely with the 3PL partner to ensure smooth inbound/outbound operations, customs clearance, and on-time delivery to stores.
  • Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor documentation in compliance with company procurement policies.
  • Monitor demand forecasts and support inventory planning and replenishment to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, price updates, and service issue resolution.
  • Conduct periodic warehouse and inventory audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FIFO/FEFO processes.
  • Prepare supply chain reports, KPI dashboards, and highlight variances for management review.
  • Support compliance with Saudi regulations (FASAH, SFDA, SABER) for imports and product clearances.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Marketing) to align supply chain activities with business needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of supply chain coordination experience, preferably in QSR/restaurant/FMCG sector.
  • Working knowledge of Saudi import regulations, SFDA & SABER processes.
  • Strong experience coordinating with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (MS Dynamics, SAP, Micros Fidelio or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
