Commitment to continued professional development through development plans tailored to individual needs and interests Global connections with leading industry experts around the world who are shaping the standards of our profession RESPONSIBILITIESTypical responsibilities 1.HSE Planning and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HSE plans, procedures, and standards for project operations. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with Aramco's HSE policies and regulatory requirements. 2. Hazard Identification and Control: Identify potential hazards and develop controls to mitigate risks in project operations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures (as applicable) 3.Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Aramco's HSE policies and procedures (in particular, Aramco's Safety Management System SMS) Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. 4. Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver HSE training programs for project personnel (as applicable) Promote HSE awareness and culture among project teams. 5. Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate HSE incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and develop corrective actions. Report incidents and near-misses to management and regulatory bodies as required. 6. Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor HSE performance and develop metrics to measure HSE effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance HSE performance. QUALIFICATIONSWhat makes you remarkable? Expected: Experience in SMS Awareness, Process Safety, and PMT Experience ONC/HNC or equivalent in Technical, HSE or related industry Bachelor's degree in engineering NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma (essential)Knowledge, skills and experience: 5+ years in a technical role, or association with HSE role in another industry.
