As a key member of our Project Management Consultant (PMC) team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all project-related documents using Electronic Document Management (EDM) systems, with a focus on ACONEX.Implement and maintain document control procedures using ACONEX and other EDM systemsEnsure all project documents are properly coded, filed, and easily retrievableCoordinate the flow of documents between internal teams and external stakeholdersMonitor document revisions and maintain version controlGenerate regular reports on document status and distributionAssist in the development and implementation of document control best practicesProvide training and support to team members on document control procedures and ACONEX usageEnsure compliance with Saudi Arabian document control standards and regulationsCollaborate with project managers and team members to streamline document management processesPerform quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completenessQualificationsSaudi NationalBachelor's degree in Information Management, Engineering, or related fieldProven 5 Years experience with Electronic Document Management systems, particularly ACONEXKnowledge of Project Management Consultant (PMC) processes and workflowsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)Certification in document control or information management is a plusUnderstanding of construction project management processes and terminologyAdditional Information
