Roles and responsibilities : Handling HR Service to provide all employees services. Conduct system gap analysis and work closely with HR Information team. Keep outbound and inbound records for human resources department. Keep and complete staff files and records. Implement and follow up of human resources operations of employees by scope of work (leave,Clearance, etc.). Employment contracts. Complete the remaining hiring process. Prepare Identification letters and Certificates. Administer employment contract process. Keep and provide stationary for employee. Prepare payment requests for the HR department.
