The Clinical Solutions Executive (CSE) will support Cepheid Saudi in achieving commercial goals and help Cepheid customers to fully understand and utilize the clinical benefits/impact of Cepheid technology and products.

The CSE will be involved directly with the sales team of distributors and Cepheid business units to develop pre- and post-sales strategies to support newly launched products and to boost Cepheid assay utilization with new and existing customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures company strategies are correctly and efficiently executed.

  • Maintains education and training activities for clinicians, infection control team, nurses, pharmacists and other supporting clinical staff on the clinical impact of Cepheid products and results.

  • Establish a strong network with clinicians, and HODs (e.g. ICU, Infection Control, ID, ED, OB/GYN, Oncology) and develop advocates of key opinion leaders and influencers in healthcare institutions.

  • Maintains and updates Cepheid customer database; works on support of existing, and expansion of, future database.

  • Creates business opportunities with new and existing customers, creating qualified business leads.

  • Supports Cepheid product launches in the field, and at trade shows/conferences.

  • Coordinates leads and formulates clinical case studies with KOLs.

  • Supports Laboratory Departments in implementing Cepheid technology in their facilities.

  • Conducts Cepheid technology demonstrations, product evaluations, troubleshooting, and application requirements in relation to the products' performance.

  • Provides education and training to channel partnersâ field force on available Sales and Marketing tools to effectively promote and strategically position Cepheid products.

  • Keeps up to date with the latest clinical data generated/shared by Cepheid.  Presents and discusses this data on a one-on-one basis with healthcare professionals during congresses, exhibitions, and meetings.

  • Maintains solid knowledge about international (WHO, GLI, CDC, NHS) and national/regional guidelines and protocols developed for healthcare services; anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting Cepheid strategy accordingly.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelorâs degree with 2+ years degree in Medical (Physician, Clinical Pharmacist, Clinical Laboratory Sciences subspeciality (Microbiology, Molecular biology), infectious diseases. 

  • Masterâs degree in the field with 0-2 years of related work experience.

  • +5 yearsâ experience in Saudi healthcare market knowledge.

  • Basic: Strong knowledge in Microbiology, Molecular biology and infectious Diseases. Plus: Hematology /Oncology knowledge.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent Selling and negotiation skills.

  • Clinical and lab experience is a plus.

  • English & Arabic Fluency.
