**Salary**: 35 250 Saudi Royals - 40 250 Saudi Royals per month

Added bonus: Housing Allowance of 4 000 Saudi Royals & 750 Saudi Royals Transportation Allowance

Job Brief:
The Senior HR Practitioner will be responsible for overseeing all Organizational Development activities within this medical organisation. This role involves collaborating with various IMC departments to process and provide instructions on Organizational Development activities, as well as analyzing, maintaining, managing, and participating in the preparation of flow charts, reports, questionnaires, and other relevant activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support on OD change management and development initiatives.
- Lead service redesign structures and streamline processes in clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Lead behavioral change management and consulting services.
- Maintain operational performance levels and support business growth.
- Research and leverage industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
- Communicate organizational development initiatives, training, and opportunities to all levels of leadership.
- Partner with client organizations to identify, plan, and implement customized interventions.
- Plan, develop content, and facilitate workshops, leadership offsites, and team-building sessions.
- Use appropriate resources to diagnose organizational effectiveness and implement interventions.
- Manage executive development programs, including coaching, mentorship, and sponsorship initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of Organizational Development programs.
- Act as a change agent for special projects and initiatives.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead through conflict situations and complex issues.
- Design, develop, implement, and/or manage high-level leadership programs and projects.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to assist employees in career advancement.
- Collaborate with the organizational development team and line organizations to ensure alignment.
- Adapt to changing demands as defined by business and operational needs.
- Provide updates, progress reports, and status reports on projects and areas of responsibility.
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.

Educational/Professional Qualifications:

- Educational: MBA in Human Resources Management or a relevant field from a recognized college.
- Professional & Experience: Minimum of 8 years demonstrated experience in project management, organizational development, change management, leadership development, performance management, and process improvement.
- Certification: Lean Six Sigma Certification
