Duplays was founded in 2007, to bring strangers together through the spirit of competition, by organizing sports leagues and teams for a myriad of recreational activities aiming to increase public health and shatter segregation through sport. Today, we embark on not just organizing high-quality sports experiences but building best-in-class multisport facilities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We’re working on an exciting and groundbreaking mission, to increase the public's participation in recreational activities. Our facilities, at 7,000 sq. meters plus, will be home to various sports, offering a temperature-controlled, open space for individual customers, academies and federations to play the games they love.
Overview: As a result, we’re seeking a Marketing Executive. Based in Dammam and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist and support in delivering the marketing plan and strategy. You’ll bring creativity, innovation and an adaptable mindset to new challenges in this fast-growing area of the business.
This is a vital role, and you will need to own responsibilities and work across all areas of various marketing functions whilst playing a key part in establishing marketing best practices.
The ideal candidate will be a fitness enthusiast with a passion to generate the growth of new clients and engage with multiple audiences to gather ideas and feedback.
Responsibilities: Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating and delivering campaigns as required Work closely with the Operations Team to monitor and evaluate sales activity across facilities and share with internal stakeholders Monitor and adhere to campaign budgets set by the Manager and report on campaign KPIs and deliverables ensuring ROI Create marketing collateral and sales tools that support footfall and attendance Coordinate and carry out events, including corporate, school and private events Assist in creating and implementing marketing content (both offline and online) for delivery through social media, PR, events, email communications, or video content Customer engagement and analysis of feedback Maintain relationships with freelancers and suppliers including videographers, photographers and outsourced events staff Ensure campaigns are compliant with content, style, logo usage, and messaging guidelines Create compelling marketing assets that clearly articulate the value of our products
About You: Minimum 2 years of marketing experience Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Marketing Confident and enthusiastic showing a strong ability to learn and expand the role Must have a high standard of verbal and written communication skills Creative, proactive, organized and analytical individual Ability to manage multiple tasks Create a “can do” culture around all things marketing and the desire to make a considerable difference to the overall success of our marketing campaigns and activity.

About Duplays:

Duplays was founded on a simple observation. People move to a new city and find it difficult to connect with others to play the sports they left behind but still love to play. We wanted to change that, so we started Duplays (yes a play on words for “Dubai plays”), as an online platform that would connect sports enthusiasts with sport leagues that we’d organize across the Emirate. We found the venues, hired the referees, and created teams and schedules. We did this at scale, across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, each night, every night to become the UAE’s largest provider of adult, participatory sport. Our mission today is no different. We want to be the sport venues of choice for people to play sports. Today, we embark on not just organizing high-quality sport experiences but building best-in-class sport facilities at scale across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE, starting with our two facilities in Dammam and Jeddah launching in 2022.
