VIP Clients Relationship ManagerKSA


MISSION


The VIP Clients Relationship ManagerKSA is a brand ambassador of Piaget inside and outside the Boutiqueby ensuring a toplevel service for each client. Reporting to theRetail Director KSA She/He is also directly attached High JewellerySales Managers.


She/ He is responsible to achieve sales and exceed salestargets set up in collaboration with the management.

She/He ensures a unique client experience before duringand after a sale in or outside the boutique. She/He must implementa commercial action plan to develop High Jewellery clients andsales.

She/He participates to High Jewelleryevents of Piaget in this context the High Jewellery Sales Manageris required to travel regularly and has a budget tomanage.


She/He isa High Jewellery referent all around the world with clients or inany relationship with the Maison. She is part of HJ Committee& Community.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Sales Performance &Service:

  • Delivers a unique360 client experience during a sale in and outside of the boutique(incl events)
  • Anticipates and organizes HJ& Exc Creations presentations and previews
  • Perfectly manages all sales related steps from pitchingto closing.
  • Adapts to clients needs andmotivations manages upselling
  • Strives toalways surpass and exceed client expectations
  • Acts as a privileged contact on related CS topics andknows how to handle them
  • Proposes and developspecial orders regularly
  • Participates to allHJ brand events as wells as client events.
  • Manages outgoings budget and travels plan
  • Ensures a turnover above 4M within 3 years on the HJ& Exc Creations segment or enters the brand with proventrack record on a similar level

ClientsRelationship & Development:


  • Retain and DevelopExisting Clients:
    • Implement new clientdevelopment strategies initiatives and activities set by theregional and local Retail management team to do develop understandclients and enhance their experience.
    • Proactively interact with clients build relationships andengage at a personal level to facilitate further returnvisits.
    • Establishes action plans andstrategies to develop the client portfolio to treat existingclients upgrade potentials and regain lost clients

  • Recruit New Clients within and outside the Piagetboutique:
    • Develops the client portfolio bynetworking & hunting outside the boutique (includingpartnership developments)
    • Partnership withBoutique Managers to work on Clients private viewing planning tomeet monthly target
    • Implement new clientdevelopment initiatives/activities to fulfil various types ofcustomers request and interest
    • Developmultisourced clientele to ensure ongoing clientele interest andparticipation

  • Boutique Event Planning:
    • Support the Events Manager in the organizationof inBTQ and outBTQ events
    • To work with SAsbefore each appointment to prepare a range of target products topresent to clients
    • Uses the yearly activationcalendar to organize individual client journeys

Operations:

  • Finalizes sales in SAP system in collaboration with theboutique and the Retail coordination
  • Controlsdiscounts and contracts with intermediates following Branddirectives
  • Is consulted on all HJ &Exc Creations supply needs (routing model stock clientpresentations)
  • Attends and participates in allBoutique Meetings and Training Events as required ensuring goodcommunication is maintained.
  • Contributes insuggesting ideas and recommendation to the Management team in orderto achieve improvements in all aspects of the Boutique Operations/Maintenance.
  • Supports the Boutique Managementin any back of house/ administrative operations as might reasonablybe required

Ambassadorrole:

  • Represents theMaison in all possible Brand activation events
  • Provides feedback contributes in suggesting ideas andrecommendations to the Management team in order to achieveimprovements in all aspects of the High Jewellery business.
  • Active member of the HJ Committee
  • Shares skills to develop the HJ Specialists and Experts(work in pairs)

High JewelryCommunity:

  • Contribute tothe HJ Community by sharing on a daily basis:
    • Best Practices
    • ClientFeedback
    • Market/Competitioninsights
    • Relevant topics regarding HJ orHTI
  • Participating inall HJ Community activations/trainings/presentations.
  • Present and animate the HJ Community on a regular basison HJ/HTI specific topics (zoom skype presentations) with supportof HQ & Ambassadors.
