We have an opportunity forRegional Project Manager UOP in Dhahran KSA to manage oversee andsupport the project execution of all UPT STS backlog projectsdelivered to MENA destination. This will also include the supportof Equipment PECS projects throughout the region.

Regional Project ManagerResponsibilities

  • Manage Backlog projects in accordance with operatingguidelines standards and work procedures; be responsible formanaging scope schedule cost and quality.
  • Manage customer expectations and project processes endtoend fromKOM BEDQ (Basis of Engineering and Design Questionnaire) executionand implementation through to final SAT and AsBuilt documentationdelivery control Change Management and Variation Orders.
  • Recruit build and direct a Project Management team inline with backlog frontlog forecasts and STRAP growthvectors.
  • Maintain and manage local resourceavailability and capability by working closely with localEngineering Management Discipline Engineering and Support Functionresources.
  • Maintain productive work relationswith global Project and Engineering Technical & SkillCenters in US UK India and other locations to coordinate workassignments; attend global calls and meetings as required toachieve this.
  • Work closely with Procurementto review and screen potential suppliers as partners for projectsubcontracting and external equipment and material partners andpurchases.
  • Work with analysts on SAP ProjectSystems where necessary ensuring reporting is executed in a timelymanner.
  • Work together with Sales and SalesSupport to support Orders and business growth.
  • Review order booking and acceptance export compliancerequisitioning logistics GR invoicing forecasting are all performedaccording to standard procedures and planned timelines
  • Support contract reviews price reviews spec reviews bidpreparations invoicing billing milestones.
  • Support sales at events customer meetings and seminars wherenecessary
  • Take on Functional Accountabilitiesas assigned. Participate in functional activities and meetingswhere necessary.
  • Mentor and supervise directreports and resources in the wider organization. Contribute to thelearning and coaching of other employees as assigned. Promote anInclusive & Diverse working environment.
  • Undertake Training as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum BSc in one of Chem/Mech Engineering
  • 15 years project and program management work experiencein process industries preferably Oil & Gas
  • International EPC experience
  • PMPqualification
  • Preferably experienced inmodular engineering and construction of oil & gas plantfacilities
  • Arabic speaker
  • Familiar with basic design and engineering concepts forRefining Petrochemical and Gas Processing projects in
    theOil & Gas Industry
