General Description of Role andResponsibilities:

  • Evaluate the current employees competency and managepersonnel appraisals.
  • Analyze and identify theneed for technical training in the company design an integratedtraining program.
  • Communicate with theemployees and discuss with them the technical issues all arefacing.
  • Develop training material includingoutlines handouts and other exercises.
  • Coordinate with industry experts for conductingclassroomstyle training and workshops.
  • Schedule training sessions through elearningplatforms.
  • Ensure all newly hired employeesare given the relevant necessary training.
  • Evaluate the job performance of employees to determinethe effects of training after the end of each session.
  • Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and makenecessary recommendations to make the training programsbetter.
  • Collaborate with vendors hired forspecialized training programs.
  • Informsthemselves of the relevant Quality Environmental Safety andOccupational Health Policies Manuals and Procedures in place withinHill International and ensures continued compliance with theserequirements while employed by Hill.
  • Performother duties as assigned by the linemanager/supervisor.

QualificationsExperience Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in related subject from a crediteduniversity with advanced project managementcertification
  • Minimum 10 years of overall workexperience in relevant discipline.
  • Knowledgeof professional management processes and procedures
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to coordinatetraining courses using innovative classroom techniques and standardor improvised teaching aids.
  • Ability todevelop training plan for the team
  • Skill inpersonnel management and administration.
  • Preferably with Arabic languageskills..
