Objective oftheJob:

TheFinance Manager will direct and oversee accounting and financialactivities of the company direct the preparation of currentfinancial reports and summaries and create forecasts predictingfuturegrowth.



SupervisoryResponsibilities:

Driving the companys financialplanning
Oversees Accounting department budget preparation and auditfunctions.
Performing risk management by analysing the organization sliabilities andinvestments
Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidityrisks
Works with other department heads to monitor performance and makerecommendations.
Recruits and hires accounting and financial staff and conductsperformanceevaluations.
Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies trainingneeds for currentstaff.
Manage accounting and financial activities of thecompany


Duties/Responsibilities:

Establishes and manage internal controls and guidelines foraccounting transactions and budgetpreparation.
Oversees preparation of business activity reports financialforecasts and annualbudgets.
Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures thatthe reported results comply withIFRS.
Prepare and review projects financial modules including assumptionsvaluation cashflows andoutputs.
Supervise projects accounting activities and provide guidance fordaytodayoperations
Manage all accounting transactions with monthly quarterly andannualclosings
Responsible for zakat and tax planning throughout the fiscal year;files monthly VAT and annual zakatreturn.
Audits accounts to ensure compliance with Saudi regulations;coordinates with external auditors and provides needed informationfor the annualaudit.
Presents recommendations to management on short and longtermfinancial objectives andpolicies.
Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investmentspricing decisions and contractnegotiations.
Ensures compliance with governmentrequirements.
Performs other related duties as necessary orassigned.




Requirements

RequiredSkills/Abilities:

Excellent management and supervisoryskills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both ArabicandEnglish.
Proficient in Oracle Fusion or similaraccounting/ERPsystem.
Excellent organizational and time managementskills.
Proficient in ZATCA and QAWAEMwebsites.
Proficient in MicrosoftExcel.


EducationandExperience:

Bachelor s degree inAccounting.
A minimum of 8 years of progressive finance analysis and leadershipexperience required with a minimum of three years experience inReal EstateDevelopment.
CPA/CMA/FMVA or other accounting/financial certificate isplus


PhysicalRequirements:

Doesn t have a condition that could risk his/her safety in theworkplace or ability to perform thejob
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on acomputer.
