Job Summary

We areseeking a Sr Operations Engineer to join the West Hub Division ofthe LTC Business & Project Development Department. The divisionwill be primarily responsible for the activities of West HUBProject Development under the Liquid to Chemicals Program (LTC) anddrive the development of project assessment and the delivery ofproject requirements during FEL I FEL II and FEL III. Additionallythe function will be solely responsible for leading the formation& activities of the Integrated Project Team (ITP) the formationof project steering committee or equivalent committees to drivemajor project decisions. The candidate will ensure implementationof work in accordance with the project scope set plans and handlecontingencies that arise during execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong chemicals and steam cracker operationalexperience.
  • Background in refinery andchemicals integration.
  • Demonstratedunderstanding of process yields qualities economics and capitalefficiency.
  • Strong experience in capitalproject development for chemicals plants particularly inPreFEED/FEED stages.
  • Understanding ofexecution and commercial aspects in the industry.

  • Hold a Bachelors degreein Engineering from a recognized and approved program.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Refining &Chemicals business and their integration.
