Industry: Consumer goods/Food production. JobProfile: To lead the recruitmentprocess in order to ensure that suitable candidates are selectedand recruited on time and in line with the business requirementsand standards.
Roles&Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Contribution


  • Execute the annual business plan and targetsand comply with the strategic agenda of the Talent Acquisition todeliver the companys vision and mission.
  • Translate the strategy into operational business plansfor the Talent Acquisition and lead the performance and executionof those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver theCompanys strategy.

.Budgeting


Participate in the preparation of thefunctional budget and assess financial performance versus thebudget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenuesareas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and potentialperformance improvement opportunities are capitalized.

. CoreAccountability:
  • Recommend recruitment agencies who can assist in identifyingpotential candidates for the company and coordinate with approvedrecruitment agencies to identify potential candidates.
  • Identify vacancies which can filled bySaudis or expatriates in order to fulfill the recruitment planidentify jobs which need to be Studied and identify suitable Saudicandidates to fill these jobs.
  • Direct search efforts to internal candidates through internal jobpostings.
  • Introduce the company atuniversities and schools to attract highly calibergraduates.
  • Review candidates beinghired for a role and authenticate job offers according tospecifications in the job description and approved budget plansrespectively to ensure right candidate for the right role at rightcost.
  • Review job offers and ensureaccuracy in order to be signed by top management.
  • Manage administrative actions for allapproved transfers form one department or location to another tomeet the internal business requirements.
  • Take all steps to update the ERP for all such changes toensure accuracy of headcount data on system vs. that on theground.
  • Coordinate with theGovernment departments for Saudization related activities ascertainfrom top management the list of jobs which can be Saudis to ensureSaudization targets of the company are met.
  • Propose and execute plans to replace outgoingexpatriates with Saudi Nationals.
  • Ensure all government requirements/directions and laborlaws/regulations are followed to ensure that the company complieswith all labor laws.
  • Ensuresetting up and using the ERP for all recruitment activities toensure all recruitment process is followed as per the automatedprocedure to ensure smooth hiring of employees to the ERP
  • Build capability and follow the latesttrends in recruitment and be efficient in sourcing high potentialcandidates to meet the manpower requirements of business.
4. People ManagementAccountability
Ensurethat all subordinates have clear objectives constructive andaccurate performance feedback sessions formal annual performanceappraisals and individual development plans.


5. PoliciesSystems Processes & Procedures


  • Adhere with direction for thedevelopment and implementation of organizational units policiessystems processes and procedures identifying potential areas ofimprovement to ensure efficient and effective operation.

  • Comply with corporate requirements onadherence to policies procedures and instructions related to allrelevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and riskfreeenvironment.

Qualification Experience &Skills

Qualification
Bachelor or Masters degree in HR.
Certifications in CIPD SHRM etc. are an added advantage
Experience
57 years of experience inRecruitment experience of working in multicultural FMCGorganization preferred.
