Job Title: Local& International Sales Specialist

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Requirements Detailed Position Requirements:

  • Handling all breakdown calls received bydirect phone call and all other channels such as email App websiteetc. and schedule survey ASAP.
  • Adhere to useCRM system as per company process for matters related to hisjob.
  • Constant contact with agents to receivebest rates.
  • Build relations with agents andcompare rates consistently.
  • Subsequent followup with clients to get approval.
  • Continuousfollow up with client until shipment reach destination.
  • Ensure start/end job date for his clients and be on topof all information related to his clients.
  • Responsible for coordination with custom clearers andshipping line to ensure on time booking and smooth operation forclients export/import shipments.
  • Accountablefor clients payment collections and financial flow between theCompany and shipping line agentsclearersetc.

Reviewing all reports related to sales and prioritize workas required.

Prepare the necessary documentationrelated to each job and upload it on CRM system.

Conduct Regular visits to corporate and retails client andprovide weekly report with results.

Beinformative and continuously research the shipping and clearancerules and regulation for each country.

Ensurethat all documentation and billing are process in a timelymanner.

Work together with teammates to achieveoverall target sales objectives with full accountability for salesdistribution key accounts.

Responsible fordelivering sales target according to set budget.

Be ambitious and suggest ways to expand the customerbase.

Work effectively in coordination withother related departments analyze and interpret sales results inorder to undertake appropriate actions that develop and maximizebusiness results.

Deliver the company strategythrough active implementation of sales and marketingprograms.

Provide accurate 12month RollingForecast and report competitive market information aboutcompetitors activities and customers needs.

Worktogether with teammates to achieve targets respond to clientsswiftly and adhere to using management approved rates.

Proven track record in managing channel sales likecorporates and projects.

Reviewing own salesperformance aiming to meet or exceed targets.

Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses andrequirements.

Listening to customer requirementsand presenting appropriately to generate sales.

Maintaining and developing relationships with existingcustomers Responding to incoming email and phoneenquiries.

Acting as a contact between a companyand its existing and potential markets Negotiating the terms of anagreement and closing sales Gathering market and customerinformation.

Negotiating price costs deliveryand specifications with buyers and managers.

Creating detailed proposal documents often as part of aformal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospectivecustomer.

Should be able to present and sellcompany services to clients.

Skills ExpertiseThe candidate should possess a strong leadership skill to achievesales targets.

Minimum bachelors degree inrelated field.

Minimum 10 years of experience inhandling export/import jobs.

Knowledgeable inSaudi Customs and law for export and import.

Should be abreast of the competitive market and come upwith innovative ideas to increase their market share.

Saudi nonSaudi national are preferred or whom having atransferable Iqama.

Must be a college graduatewith Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.

Must have a valid Saudi driving license.
