This is a remote position.

  • Reporting to the Head of Strategyyou will become the Strategic foundation for the Saudi clientscovering client briefings debriefs and researchrequirements.
  • Pitch with finely tuned credentials andservice offerings. Deconstruct and analyze pitch briefs then honeand develop a strategic response which demonstrates our creativeand strategic competencies in a compelling manner forclients.
  • Figure out client briefs and underlyingproblems set client goals and objectives identify your audiencedevelop a strategy while guiding creative teams to createinnovative measures and tactics set key performance indicators andeventually measure and optimize your strategicplan.
  • Deliver strategic guidance leadership anddirection for non digital as well as digitallydriven platformsacross all of the agency saccounts.
  • Bring to life focused and inspiring creativebriefs for the team coauthoring with senior creatives whenneeded.
  • Construct brand positioning models distillingour thinking and polishing concepts to deliver a simple and highlyengaging proposition.
  • Lead digital and/or brand strategic workshopsand strategy presentations researching the markets and categories.Prepare presentations to the team that scrutinize client researchand help turn insights into compellingcreative.
  • Build the strategic skeleton to underpincreative responses.
  • Deliver inhouse seminars for the teamcovering and exploring industry trends and digital innovations.Identify areas where the agency could help brands connect withconsumers on the digital front and roll out such findings torelevant players within the agencyteam.



Requirements
  • You couldhave a background in Creation Strategy or Account Planning butshould have had a minimum of 4 years experience managing andplanning digital accounts or projects in an integrated or digitalcommunicationsagency.
  • You must possessproven experience in the Saudi market within the advertisingindustry coupled with a strong understanding of market insights andtrends.
  • Ability to influenceseniorlevel thinking and to confidently lead crossfunctionalteams.
  • Proficiency inanalyzing client briefs setting goals and optimizing strategicplans based on measuredoutcomes.
  • Excellentcommunication skills to articulate compelling strategic responsesand coauthor creativebriefs.
  • Demonstratedleadership abilities to provide strategic guidance lead workshopsand deliver seminars on industry trends and digitalinnovations.
  • Strong researchskills to gather market insights translate them into actionablestrategies and scrutinize client research for creativesolutions.
  • Knowledge of digitalplatforms and trends with the ability to integrate digitalstrategies into overall brandstrategies.
  • Fluency in bothArabic andEnglish



You could have a backgroundin Creation, Strategy or Account Planning, but should have had aminimum of 4 years experience managing and planning digitalaccounts or projects in an integrated or digital communicationsagency. You must possess proven experience in the Saudi marketwithin the advertising industry, coupled with a strongunderstanding of market insights and trends.
