Our Jacobs Riyadh office is experiencing exciting growth, and we need a professional receptionist to support our growing team. You will be working closely with the facilities lead where you will be working on the following:
Answering and directing incoming calls.
Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate contacts.
Managing visitor access and maintaining office security.
Managing office space, including conference rooms.
Assisting with meeting setups and coordinating logistics.
Assisting with travel arrangements for employees or guests.
Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
Managing registered mail and packages.
Handling special requests for mail and shipping services.
Overall, this role involves being the face of the company or office, managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support across different areas to maintain a functional and efficient workplace environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:

You will be a Saudi national and will hold a high school diploma or university degree. Other related degrees, such as business administration, hospitality, or communications, may also be considered.
• Must possess essential skills involving strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and often manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to changing situations or tasks is important in handling various office needs effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as word processing, email, spreadsheets, and office equipment is usually required. Knowledge of specific software or systems used in a particular office setting may also be beneficial.
