We are looking for a Business Analyst is a critical role within Almajdouie Peugeot and Citroen, tasked with deriving actionable insights from data to optimize sales performance, inventory management, and market competitiveness. This position is responsible for continuous monitoring and analysis of market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities. By providing comprehensive reporting and facilitating strategic business reviews, the Business Analyst supports informed decision-making processes, ensuring that the company maintains a strong position in the dynamic KSA automotive landscape.

Description:

 

v Business Development Support

  • ­Seeks out new market insights and business opportunities through research and analysis also Conducts market research into emerging trends in the industry.

v Market Research

  • ­Monitor competitor movements, promotional campaigns, and new model launches, providing actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams.
  • ­Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer preferences to aid in future product development.
  • ­Conduct the market research and surveys, internally/externally, to ensure having Stellantis customer insights.
  • ­Reads publications and attends seminars on industry trends to aid in keeping ahead of the competition.

v Data Analysis

  • Analyze results of market intelligence research and suggest actions.
  • ­Produces statistical models to help predict market trends.
  • ­Recommending actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
  • ­Perform Business intelligence activities by using statistical techniques to analyze market research data; presents the results and recommendations to the management.
  • ­Develop and manage dashboards that provide insights into daily sales, orders, and stock levels, including detailed reports by model, channel, color, and VIN.
  • ­Analyze aged stock situations and recommend strategies for inventory optimization.

v Administrative Support

  • ­Facilitate regular business review meetings with internal departments to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • ­Present findings and strategic recommendations to management, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • ­Organize and conduct business review meetings with OEM representatives to discuss market performance, challenges, and collaborative opportunities.

v Reporting

  • Develop and manage dashboards that provide insights into daily sales, orders, and stock levels, including detailed reports by model, channel, color, and VIN.
  • ­Analyze aged stock situations and recommend strategies for inventory optimization.
  • ­Conduct thorough price analysis to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
  • ­Perform competitor price tracking and analysis to inform pricing decisions.
  • ­Prepare and submit timely reports to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in accordance with partnership agreements and performance benchmarks.
  • ­Manage the communication flow between the company and OEMs, ensuring transparency and responsiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE:

v Minimum Qualification

  • ­Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Accounting, Analytics, Finance or Marketing.

v Minimum Experience

  • ­More than 5 years of experience in Automotive sales and marketing Analysis.

v Other requirement

  • ­Analytical mindset and high business acumen
  • ­Ability to understand and interpret data.
  • ­Ability to think quickly and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • ­Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage their input.
  • ­Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
