JobDescription:

As a Senior Analyst,you are responsible for analysing business needs to help ensureOracle solution meets the customer’s objectives bycombining industry best practices, product knowledge, and businessacumen. Your specialization will be focused on solution design andimplementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality,integrated software solutions within constraints of time andbudget.

Deliver innovative integration solutionsusing Oracle's PaaS offerings and maintain or enhance theexisting integration solution.

What would your day looklike?

  • Act as domainexpert providing best-practice guidance on intercompany businessprocesses and implementation approaches.
  • Assist with defining Scope and estimates for new projector builds.
  • Understand business requirementsand should be able to convert into system configurations in Oraclemodules and bring in diverse perspectives.
  • Ability to gather requirements, do fit-gap analysis,Impact analysis and design solutions
  • Abilityto communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teamsnamely, technical, business and management teams
  • Draft and review the functionalspecification documents.
  • Help investigate andresolve system functional and technical errors. Troubleshoot onsystems and data and generate solutions which may include systemsmodifications enhancements or new procedures.
  • Identify and analyse operational and systems issues andopportunities and produce effective solutions

Who are we lookingfor?

  • 3-7 Yrs. of fulllifecycle experience of a minimum of 1 or 2 Oracle Cloud HCMimplementations, rollouts or support.
  • A strongunderstanding of best practices across a range of the businessprocesses, cross-pillar dependencies and related applicationimplementation design and configuration options within large scalemulti-application implementation and business transformationprograms.
  • Experience with designing solution,doing fit gap analysis, configuring, or doing setups in differentHCM module and drafting TFS documents.
  • Awareness and understanding of the capabilities across awide range of Oracle applications and platform components,including ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, Analytics, Integration.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion experience in at least 2 or moreof these modules: Global Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits,Global Payroll, Recruitment, Goal Management, PerformanceManagement, Talent Management.
  • Exposure totechnical skills like BIP Reports, OTBI, HCM Extracts, conversions(HDL, PBL), workflows, security (Data Access) and notificationtemplates.
  • Bachelor's orMaster’s Degree (Computer Science, Business Management,Information Services or an equivalent combination ofeducation and relevantexperience).
