As a Telesales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone.


Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers through cold calling and lead generation

  • Build and maintain a strong customer database
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries

Job Requirements:
Telesales (Remote) Role at Comprehensive Business Services (CBS):

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones, if required
