Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain audio and video conferencing equipment, including cameras, microphones, speakers, and codecs.
  • Ensure audio and video conferencing systems are operational and optimized for performance.
  • Collaborate with vendors and other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist endusers with setup, troubleshooting, and usage of audio and video conferencing solutions.
  • Document support activities, resolutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing and reference purposes.
  • Provide training and guidance to Level 1 support technicians as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 68 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on deskside support and audio/video conferencing systems.
  • Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Expertise in installing, configuring, and maintaining audio and video conferencing equipment.
  • Familiarity with popular audio and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with endusers and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
