**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain audio and video conferencing equipment, including cameras, microphones, speakers, and codecs.
- Ensure audio and video conferencing systems are operational and optimized for performance.
- Collaborate with vendors and other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist end-users with setup, troubleshooting, and usage of audio and video conferencing solutions.
- Document support activities, resolutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing and reference purposes.
- Provide training and guidance to Level 1 support technicians as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on deskside support and audio/video conferencing systems.
- Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Expertise in installing, configuring, and maintaining audio and video conferencing equipment.
- Familiarity with popular audio and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with end-users and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
