Senior Facilities Manager

JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a talented Senior Facilities Manager to join its team to manage the facilities of THE LINE HUB, a revolutionary project in Saudi Arabia.
THE LINE is a zero-carbon city that will stretch for 170 km and will be powered by 100% clean energy, creating a new way of life in Saudi Arabia.
The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities are managed efficiently and effectively, ensuring that the city's residents and visitors enjoy a seamless experience.
JASARA PMC is a company dedicated to elevating the delivery of Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, and with THE LINE project, they will bring visible change within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As a member of the JASARA PMC team, you will have an opportunity to work on one of the most exciting and complex programs in the world that aligns with the Vision 2030 objective of ensuring a sustainable future for Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the facilities are efficiently and effectively managed.
- Develop and maintain a facilities management plan to ensure the facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
- Ensure the facilities meet all health and safety regulations, and emergency response procedures are in place.
- Supervise and manage the facilities management team, including conducting performance reviews and dealing with disciplinary matters.
- Manage the budget for the department, ensuring that expenses are kept in line with approved budgets.
- Ensure that maintenance, repairs, and renovations are carried out in a timely manner, with minimum disruption to operations.
- Provide regular updates on the status of the facilities to senior management.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in highprofile projects.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in budget management.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
