Project scope:Debit prepaid & Commercial product support

Role:

  • Provide assistance in the form of consulting or advice to the Client's Head of Payments and Digital, Head of Credit, and Head of Debit in relation to the Client's daytoday management of the business
  • Support Client in policy and process enhancements related to products and services within the scope of this agreement;
  • Proactively manage portfolio performance by:
  • Working with the Client's data teams to extract and analyze required data which will enable the Client to identify weaknesses and growth opportunities;
  • Designing a continuous campaign calendar and propose campaign design or business cases for each campaign;
  • Supporting the head of the business in obtaining the required internal approvals (from other business areas,from finance and marketing);
  • Ensuring the smooth execution of the campaigns and seek to quantify results; and
  • Recommending changes and improvements to enhance campaign performance;
  • Conduct a review of products and suggest improvements in relation to cards;
  • Support with oversight and program management of implementation of select products (e.g., RB Noon VIP Cobrand credit card,SME credit cards)
  • Research global and regional trends driving the business and formulate recommendations / innovations (example: installment ondebit); and
  • Support Head of Digital & Payments on executive summary updates to Csuite leadership (Eg. Weekly updates to Chief Retail Banking Officer ( CRBO) )
  • Advise the Head of Payments & Digital on executive reviews/ committee decks / industry developments/ etc.
  • Support on building financial models for frontend deliveries (Eg: Models for IPP programs.)
  • Financial review of product P&Ls decks
  • Support the Client with ad hoc requests and reports.

Qualifications/ expectations required:

  • Strong record in portfolio management and campaign design
  • Experienced in project management & product management including (technical/ designing features)
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys
  • Sales experience is a plus
