  • Read plans and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
  • Review high level design aspects of projects and ensure construction as per IFC Drawings.
  • Coordinate and interface with engineering and project quality management team for any daytoday inspection works.
  • Recommend solutions to complex technical issues during project construction.
  • Facilitate technical discussions with Projects/PMC/ Contractors.
  • Prepare and oversee the estimates, budget, and work plan of Regional Quality Managers.
  • Verify special processes, method statements and the relevant team members qualifications.

Qualifications

  • 10 years' experience working in quality control/assurance within construction environment.
  • Master's degree in an engineering or scientific discipline, from an accredited college or university.
  • Comprehensive experience in construction project quality management, inspection, commissioning and testing.
  • Very good knowledge of QMS ISO 9001 in terms of projects requirements.
  • Knowledge of work planning, processes, and procedures.
  • Experience working on major infrastructure projects.
