Assystem are proud to be supporting the LNPP (Large Nuclear Power Plant) Program, being developed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To support this fantastic initiative we are building a new Quality Assurance team, who will be responsible for supporting the process-based Integrated Management System (IMS) development, and implementation with the client, along with all associated quality plans, procedures, forms and instructions.

To start the growth of this team, we are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager, on a **permanent** basis, who will manage the QA team as it grows, and will be a key liaison with the client, building strong relationships, supporting and developing both the IMS and QMS, and being a key part of the growth of the project.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily activities of the **QA team** to support IMS description, development, evaluation, and continuous improvement, including preparation and updating of process maps, manuals, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain **IMS documentation** for Quality Assurance Management Process and sub-processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with IT and LNPP Project infrastructure.
- Implement IMS development activities,** Quality Management KPIs**, and regular reporting, managing process reviews, and conducting internal audits.
- Design and deliver **training programs**, participate in IMS induction and process training, and qualify internal auditors.
- Prepare for and participate in **internal and external audits**, including certification processes according to ISO 19443, 14001, and 45001 standards.

MY PROFILE
- Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering or quality.
- Extensive proven experience in Quality Management System development, certification, and continuous improvement
- Experience in QA team management and managing a certified integrated management system (QHSE).
- Proficient in developing process descriptions and workflow diagrams for key management areas within organizations.
- Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
- Experienced in developing QA training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Familiar with digital methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capable of building effective relationships with multinational teams across different organizations, including Owner, Project Management, Safety, and Licensing stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Nuclear Quality standards would be a benefit, but is not essential (e.g., ISO 19443, ASME NQA-1)
