The Role


The Administration Manager will be responsible for providing high-quality and effective day-to-day admin support, ensuring efficient business support activities through the accurate collation, preparation and presentation of sensitive information and data.

The role will involve working within a fast-paced, complex environment and will require independence and initiative. It will also be essential to be able to prioritise and manage multiple and varied activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with the administration required for external vendors to assist the visa process.
  • Support with ensuring expatriate colleagues have flights and accommodation arranged in a timely manner.
  • Managing, monitoring and reporting when necessary, the processing and coding of invoices for flights and accommodation etc.
  • Administrative support for the implementation of tracking systems for cost efficiency purposes.
  • Supporting to collate data, prepare reports and presentation packs for stakeholders as required.
  • Ensuring all hardcopy and electronic materials containing confidential information are securely stored and only accessible to those authorised to view such content.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR and thirdparty vendors.
  • Contributing to and monitoring specific projects as assigned or agreed by the Director of Community
  • Attend relevant meetings or working groups as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Level:
Educated to degree level or equivalent

Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Deadline and target driven
  • Building relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Experience of working in a pressurised environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office including intermediate/advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

  • Paid visa costs individual and family up to a max of three children
  • Paid flight to Riyadh (for you and your dependents)
  • 60 days accommodation or suitable serviced apartment from your arrival date. Alternatively, if you already have accommodation in Riyadh and do not require a hotel or serviced apartment, then we provide a oneoff payment of SAR 5,000
  • SAR 2,500 towards shipping goods/excess baggage costs on production of receipts/invoices
  • Cost of an Annual trip home individual only
  • On leaving the company paid flight home for you and end of service gratuity payment (if applicable)
