The Role

  • Reports to: HR Manager
  • Level: Junior
  • Portfolio/ Events: Support Function
  • Location: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining personnel files and company records, which includes data entry managing erecords as well as management systems and filing.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Familiar with Quwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad and the Ministry of HR portal.
  • Input data in SAP HR & other databases to assist in record maintenance.
  • Supporting HR Manager in developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Support in managing different government platforms.
  • Using MS Office to create and maintain documents and records.
  • Compiling and tracking information for reporting purposes.
  • Provide administrative support as and when required for short term projects.

Qualifications:

  • This role is only opened for a Saudi National.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably) in HR/Business administration.
  • Experience within a HR administration role and environment.
  • Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English to both individuals and groups.
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired:

  • Preferably with knowledge of SAP HR
  • Related industry/event knowledge
