Job Purpose:
Responsible for proper upkeep / cleanliness of office.

  • Assists with photocopying and filing.
  • Check, maintain and replenish stationary stock.
  • Scrutinizes and dispatches all outgoing mail and sortout incoming and distribute it to the concerned department.
  • Files all relevant documents systematically arranging in chronological order, that it can be identified easily when required by the manager or staff.
  • Other assignments as per department requirements
  • Qualifications & Experience: Two years working experience, preferably with an airline.
  • 10 Years schooling or equivalent.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English. Neat Handwriting.
Please note that you must have the right to live and work in Saudi Arabia.
