Role Summary:

To perform and apply HR & Admin functions in an effective, efficient, and smooth way.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform Insurance policy renewal as Health Insurance, life insurance.
  2. Follow-up and finalize all financial claims submitted by employees.
  3. Checking, verify, and approve all invoices/claims from the insurance company.
  4. Review the monthly report for addition/deletion of employees for all types of insurance and verify the cost.
  5. Finalize and get any necessary approvals from the Insurance Company as required.
  6. Update Master Data in System.
  7. Verify weekly and monthly attendance for all employees.
  8. Prepare a monthly attendance report for all employees.
  9. Prepare monthly OT & Allowances reports and submit to payroll.
  10. Posting approved requests for annual, sick, and emergency leaves for all employees.
  11. Follow up and confirm employee 3- & 6-months probationary period.
  12. Fulfill the administration requirements of the management in the factory as required.
  13. Any coordination with Government relations teams as required.
  14. Verify weekly and monthly attendance for Contractual staff.
  15. Monitor the Contractual headcount with Budgeted yearly plan.
  16. Checking & verifying contractual company invoices, and Monthly Overtime.
  17. Maintain communication with Cantering Company.
  18. Checking and verify monthly invoices with the finance.
  19. Implementing all policies and procedures.
  20. Explain and clarify the employee's manual for JP employees Policies & Procedures.
  21. Ensure the conductive working environments.
  22. Finalize all end of services process such as resignation, end contract) and align with payroll.
  23. Develop and maintain employer-employee relationship that contributes to satisfactory productivity, motivation, and morale.
  24. Define and manage local relationship with governmental and regulatory organizations.
  25. Perform any additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelors in Business Administration, Human resources, or equivalents.

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or relevant field.

Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills. Good communication, interpersonal, and computing skills.

Languages: Fluency in Arabic & English languages.

Location:

Jeddah 1st Industrial City phase 5.
