Human Resources duties:

  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legal requirements; maintaining records
  • Prepares documentation for new hires, or changes in pay, status or benefits.
  • Manages sensitive and confidential matters including employee relations, organization changes, and protects the security of information, data and files.
  • Maintains and monitors records of employee benefits and salary.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Office management duties:

  • Oversees and manages the smooth running of the office (equipment, supplies, cleaning, security etc) including negotiations with suppliers
  • Maintain documentation on insurance, including office equipment and property
  • Manages office filing system and inventory
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers etc

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as an HR & Office Manager
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fastpaced environment
