Human Resource and Admin Manager

Human Resources duties:
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legal requirements; maintaining records
- Prepares documentation for new hires, or changes in pay, status or benefits.
- Manages sensitive and confidential matters including employee relations, organization changes, and protects the security of information, data and files.
- Maintains and monitors records of employee benefits and salary.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Office management duties:
- Oversees and manages the smooth running of the office (equipment, supplies, cleaning, security etc) including negotiations with suppliers
- Maintain documentation on insurance, including office equipment and property
- Manages office filing system and inventory
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office policies and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers etc
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as an HR & Office Manager
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fastpaced environment
