HR Onboarding Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding process into Delivery Partner and the Project.
  • Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and tickets with relevant departments.
  • Using data to track the performance of mobilization solutions on the project and continuously improve and adapt services/offerings to meet the changing requirements of the project resource requirements.
  • Support Onboarding Manager with creation of onboarding kits/onboarding checklists/line manager checklist.
  • As and when required support, create, and deliver various induction programs for the project.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including DP HR, hiring managers, and thirdparty vendors.
  • Create workflows for different scenarios on the program during onboarding.
  • Contribute to KPI's for mobilization.
  • Champion and build upon our cultural values that promotes catalyst, care, passion, respectfulness, curiosity, and diversity.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the Onboarding Manager.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR qualification would be an advantage.
  • Have at least 7 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, ideally in an international company and with a similar major or giga program delivery partner set up.
  • Previous experience in onboarding activities is a plus
  • Understanding of local regulations on mobility is desired not a must
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Able to effectively prioritize own workload with good time management
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident in communicating with various types of people including large groups
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Effective diary management abilities
  • Able to work independently without supervision
  • Effective team player
