As a
Business Development Manager you will oversee the management and operations of hotels and restaurants within the holding company, driving growth and development through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
Key Accountabilities:
The position involves:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the management and operation of hotels and restaurants.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes within the hospitality industry.
- Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential clients and partners to expand the subsidiary's business portfolio.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, enhance market presence, and increase the subsidiary's market share.
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the subsidiary, ensuring efficient management of hotels and restaurants, maintaining high standards of service, and optimizing operational performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the subsidiary's management team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics to ensure the subsidiary's financial health and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the holding company's executive team and other subsidiaries to align business development efforts with overall company goals and strategies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 710 years of experience in business development or a similar role within the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a management position.
- Extensive knowledge of the hotel and restaurant management industry, including market trends, competitive landscapes, and operational best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies and growth initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
