Scope

To oversee and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Restofair.

Key Accountabilities

1\.

At all times, lead by example, setting the expected benchmark for professionalism and personal conduct within the workplace and community.

2\. Working with the Sales Manager to ensure that sales and GP targets are achieved.

3\. Reviewing "Daily Sales" report with the Sales Manager to ensure margins are maintained.

4\. Analysing the YOY sales each month with the Sales Manager.

5\. Overseeing the Sales Manager and Cash and carry Manager

6\. Looking for opportunities to grow sales. Developing local Agreement when necessary

7\. Assisting to maintain and improve customer relations. Going in Meetings to meet the key customers in KSA

8\. Overseeing the Purchasing department, ensuring that the right level of stock is available.

9\. Overseeing the Warehouse department.

10\. Negotiating with suppliers for better discounts / rebates / incentives.

11\. Implementing margin control, shipment entries, to help increase Gross Profit.

12\. Responding to queries from the owners.

13\. Engage with ECF/ Restofair legal advisors to investigate and resolve any legal issues.

14\. Attend industry functions and represent Restofair.

Financial duties

15\. Manage the Accounts team (TBD).

16\. Oversee the finance function.

17\. Prepare et review monthly management reports and budget analysis to Restofair Board and CEO/ CFO ECF ME.

18\. Prepare and lodge the monthly BAS.

19\. Prepare and lodge the monthly payroll tax return.

20\. Reviewing and analysing overheads to identify potential savings.

21\. Preparing annual budgets.

22\. Reviewing and analysing sales.

23\. Credit assessments for new customers / projects.

24\. Chasing overdue debtors and engaging debt collectors / lawyers where necessary.

25\. Reviewing and renewing insurances.

HR duties

26\.

To ensure that Restofair provides all employees with a safe and friendly workplace to foster good employee relations and promote high levels of staff retention.

27\.

To ensure the business is adequately staffed at all times in order to achieve the smooth running of the business.

This includes running and managing the recruitment process for any vacancies or new positions.

28\. To ensure that all employees have the necessary tools of trade to perform their duties.

29\. To ensure that all staff employed within the business have the required experience and expertise for their role.

30\.

Where inexperienced staff are hired for specific roles, oversee and ensure they are given "on the job" training and coaching in all aspects of their role.

31\.

To ensure that Restofair's reputation for outstanding customer service is upheld by professional conduct and exceptional service at all times.

32\. Negotiating salaries and commission structures for new and existing staff.

33\. Dealing with performance management issues.

34\. Engage with Restofair's workplace employment lawyers to investigate and resolve any employment issues.

35\. Attend to the required steps to facilitate redundancies and terminations.

36\. Conflict resolution.
