We are hiring immediately for a Debt Collector - a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

What you'll do:

• Conduct personal visits to customers to chase due payments as required.
• Timely delivery of invoices to customers; obtaining acknowledgement of delivery and maintaining record of both.
• Regular payment follow up in line with invoice due date.
• Provide customers with regular and accurate statement of accounts as per business requirement.
• Reconcile statement of account with customer records.
• Regular contact with customers to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Gain an understanding of each customer requirements to facilitate the timely processing of payments.
• Immediately flag up any identified potential payment issues with suggestions for resolution
• Maintain and discuss with accountant, the list of cash customers due date for timely follow up on extension payments.

We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts Receivables or similar job-related role
• Availability to travel as and when required.
• Possession of valid local driving license
• Analytical thinking and numerate
• Experience in ERP system is desired.
• Experienced in spreadsheet packages.
• Quality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlines.
