**Job Purpose**
- The main purpose of the Collector job is to reduce DSO of the Company by Collecting/carry on cash.
- Increase the AR performance ratio.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Ensure a positive cash flow, collect unpaid customers debts and meet the collection target.
- Use computers and various automated tools to find and keep track of past-due accounts.
- Maintain a record of customers data and the progress of collection operations.
- Find customers and alert them to past-due debts via mail, phone, or in-person visits in order to request payment.
- Investigate payment delays both internally and outside until they are resolved.
- The capability to analyze, read, and reconcile customers' statements of accounts & Aging and extract from ERP.
- A basic knowledge of accounting.
- Hold telephone or in-person meetings with customers to discuss debt and to find out the causes of overdue.
- Persuade customers to pay amounts due on credit accounts, defaulted claims, or bounced checks.
- Sort and file correspondence and perform miscellaneous duties such as answering correspondence and writing reports.
- Reach out to customers with unpaid debt and attempt to collect from them.
- Advise customers of default consequences and debt repayment policies.
- Record address changes, Update CR & VAT certificate.
- Report defaulted accounts to management.
- Report past due accounts to manager.
- Monitor slow moving accounts to identify offending debts and Report to Supervisor.
- Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.
