Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for technical, administrative, and management positions throughout the hospital.

Considerable skills in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all tactical and specialized functions, an understanding of the organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policies and procedure and KSA laws regarding employment practices.


  • Maintain control of the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Assist in developing the workforce plan, gather related information for the required vacant positions, and develop the needed job description.
  • Act as liaison with area employment agencies, prepare and liaise advertisement, and process and follow up positing processes.
  • Analyze the information provided on a prospective employee's application form, conduct call / personal interview, and administer the selection test for technical, administrative, and psychometric ones.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to arrange for interviews as needed.
  • Assist in determining the suitability of the applicant for employment and perform further background checking prior employment references, transcripts, licenses etc. to gain adequate information on which to base a selection decision. Take into consideration previous experience, education,
  • Follow up with the related tactical aspects of employment, such as completing of health, employment, security, and insurance forms, notifying the department of employee's starting date and the requisition the employee is filling, etc.
  • Maintain the data and process of HRIS-Recruitment module, generate reports on employment activity, and provide orientation of new employees.
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years post qualification experience in entire staffing functions in KSA preferred with healthcare facilities.
  • Good exposure in dealing with recruitment agencies
  • This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Good knowledge of HRIS (Lawson / PeopleSoft / Oracle).

Aldara Hospital and Medical Center will house a 100-bed hospital and the largest and most technically-advanced outpatient facility in Riyadh.

It will provide high-quality health care at local reimbursement rates.

This is made possible thanks to Aldara's optimal inpatient/outpatient mix, the use of advanced medical technology and workflows, a strong IT platform and a robust human capital model.

The design stage was finished in early 2012. Site demolition and excavation was completed in October 2012 and construction is now underway. The facility is scheduled to be operational in 2014.
