You will also design and create BI reports and dashboards, write scripts and programs to automate manual work, and enhance operations.

This role involves maintaining, debugging, troubleshooting systems and software to ensure maximum efficiency.

What you will do:

  • Design and develop BI reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy
  • Understand technical specifications and develop solutions through computer programming
  • Translate business process diagrams to system requirements for the development of automation solutions
  • Design and develop automation solutions for manual processes
  • Handle data and understand the data architecture
  • Contribute to the database design
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity before sharing and reporting with end users
  • Troubleshoot queries and formulas in the reports
  • Deliver tasks within scheduled target dates

To be successful in the role you must:

  • Be proficient in written and spoken English
  • Be able to work independently
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing work patterns and demands
  • Be able to deliver within tight time scales
  • Have a high degree of analytical and investigative abilities
  • Have a bachelor degree in Computer Science
  • Bring 2 3 year's related work experience

Technical Competence required:

  • Good Experience in Database (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL)
  • Good Experience on Unix Shell Scripting Skills
  • Programming skills (Java/Groovy, PHP, JavaScript, Python)
  • Experience in MicroStrategy Reporting Development is crucial
  • Linux HW knowledge
  • REST & SOAP APIs Handling
