Automation and Projects Lead

Responsibilities
- all relevant Project Management instructions so that work is conducted in a controlled and consistent manner.

  • Follows the daytoday operations related to own jobs in the Project Management to ensure continuity of work.
  • Contributes to the preparation of the project budget and ensures that the activities within this project are implemented processed as per the assigned budget.
  • Prepares detailed project work, resourcing, risk assessments and contingency plans to identify key milestones for the delivery of project objectives in all circumstances.
  • Develops effective communication internally and externally to ensure that all necessary resources and contributors are fully utilized and informed about the project updated.
  • Reviews project progress with the team to ensure project activities are completed in a timely manner and are clear.
  • Develops and updates reports regarding the project's status, performance progress against the time and budget.
  • Identifies and resolves specific issues by utilizing technical knowledge as necessary, to keep projects on schedule and minimize risks.
  • Establishes relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to identify business requirements and provide appropriate support.
  • Acts on opportunities to improve cost performance and productivity during construction activities.
  • Supervises the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the project activity is conducted in an efficient manner.
  • Lead the automation and project management practice.
  • Drive cross functional technology discussions / decisions on initiatives, priorities resources required to define the endtoend automation roadmap for business functions.
  • Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, release management pipelines, test plans and testing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with technology cross functional teams to deploy enterprise solutions on cloud platforms.
  • Experience in managing RPA, AI related technologies and teams shall be considered a plus.
  • Implement solutions and toolsets to optimize the use of assigned resources.
  • Establish IT project Management Office (PMO) as per industry best practices (policies, documentation templates, KPIs)
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, status reports and financials to the stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are well defined and documentation remains up to date during the entire project lifecycle.
  • Excellent business requirement gathering, gap analysis and solution design documentation.
  • Experience of managing ERP related projects shall be considered a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
  • 6 years of related experience
