Our client, a prestigious international restaurant launching into the Saudi market, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Manager to oversee their operations in Riyadh.

As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue and profitability of the F&B department.
  • Manage and mentor a team of F&B staff, ensuring a high level of motivation and performance.
  • Oversee and monitor the quality of food and beverage offerings, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all F&B areas.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using hospitality software and pointofsale systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Arabic native language and exceptional English language skills
