MAG Aerospace is seeking a highly qualified Training Manager to support a large-scale Rotary Wing Aviation Training Program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Ensure compliance with Program Policy, the Performance Work Statement, and USG & Host Nation Regulations
  • Provides management of assets and job functions of all assigned personnel
  • Ensure appropriate workload of assigned instructors is maintained
  • Student Assignment
  • Student Tracking (Tracking student training progress)
  • Conduct weekly meetings with teams to coordinate resource requirements.
  • Communicate changes in policy and procedures
  • Scheduling student and Instructor training events
  • Review, modify, and assist in the completion of required paperwork:
  • Progress Checks
  • Course Completes
  • Withdrawals
  • Extra Training
  • Performance Evaluations
  • Ensure the quality of training is maintained by:
  • Administering assigned phase checks
  • Conducting performance evaluations on assigned Instructors
  • Communicate with the appropriate personnel:
  • Weekly Reports
  • Weekly meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

  • Eight (8) Years total experience in Training Management.

Education:

  • At a Minimum
  • AA/AS in any discipline
- (The Army or service equivalent Instructor Training Course-TAITC Preferred)

Clearance:

  • None required

Citizenship:

  • US Citizen
