• The main purpose of the job is to lead a Sales team of Electro/Mechanical and Infrastructure Sales Engineers to achieve the target Quota.

• He will have to work closely with the Implementation Team and Account/ Client Manager Team in order to scope and price the associated solution in each RFP as well to cover his customer base and create / close new opportunities.

• He will lead the Sales team in promoting the portfolio offerings HVAC (UPS, Generator & general electrical works), Data Center, Physical Security, BMS, SCADA, Data Cabling Solution and Racks. His role starts from creating an opportunity to scope, price and win

He must possess at least a bachelor's degree in the Field of (Electrical Eng., Mechanical Eng., or Computer Science) or an MBA is a plus.

Must be knowledgeable and has the following Specialties:

• Communication and Presentation Skills

• Team Building/Management

• Skilled Negotiator

• Data Center Electro Mechanical Implementation / Design

• Performance Improvement

• A proven record of accomplishment in this field with at least 12+ years of experience.

• At least 3+ years of experience in Team building and Management.
