As a
Project Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the organization.

You will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, cultivating strategic partnerships, and overseeing the execution of projects across various sectors in Saudi Arabia's dynamic market.

Your leadership and vision will be instrumental in positioning the company as the preferred provider of IT infrastructure solutions in the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and foster longterm partnerships.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and professional development.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including project management, engineering, and marketing, to deliver integrated solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisionmaking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the IT infrastructure industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a customercentric mindset.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, industry dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional value to clients and driving business growth.
