Responsibilities
  • Technically solid and excellent cataloging, material ordering & SAP skills
  • Study, interpret, and evaluate technical data provided by customers to understand their requirements and specifications.
  • Plan and organize inventory and logistics processes efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor procurement and inventory levels to ensure material readiness and timely placement of orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and documentation with proper tracking and reporting.
  • Verify invoices and purchase orders, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure proper accounting of inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • B.S in Mechanical Engineering
  • SAP user Certification, material control for projects.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in materials management, preferably in the oil and energy industry.
  • Experienced in inventory management and logistics.
  • Sound knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and other inventory-management software.
