We are seeking a proactive "Executive Support & Strategy Advisor" to join our dynamic team. This role is central to enhancing our executive leadership's efficiency and plays a pivotal part in facilitating the managing director's operations.

You'll be responsible for streamlining strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination, organization, and execution of tasks and projects throughout the company.

As a key liaison, you'll maintain a strong connection between our leadership and the company's core operations.

Your contributions will be vital in sustaining our growth trajectory.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the managing director, senior executives, internal departments, and external partners.
- Oversee the progress of major company initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely completion.
- Lead special projects as delegated by the managing director, collaborating with diverse teams for successful outcomes.
- Undertake research and analysis to aid decision-making, development of strategic plans, and recommend new or revised policies and strategies.
- Assist the executive team members in determining and prioritizing business strategies based on their schedules.
- Determine key performance indicators and establish methods to measure team performance.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, ensuring the managing director is well-equipped for discussions.
- Support the managing director in meetings by taking notes and ensuring completion of action items.
- Monitor tasks assigned to senior team members by the managing director, ensuring accountability.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
