Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and creative Growth Marketing Executive. You will be in charge of developing, executing, and testing business growth strategies with a focus on company gain and customer satisfaction.

Job Type
Full-time, Remote, Contract (initially 3 months).
Responsibilities
  • Planning and executing experimental validation of new campaigns, growth strategies, and channels.
  • Lead ongoing customer engagement efforts and plan and execute new.
  • Set up and execute Digital Marketing campaigns.
  • No job too small: Support and work across teams.
  • Work with the Engineering team to leverage data and technology to execute inventive scalable go-to-market strategies.
  • Improve customer experience from early engagement through onboarding processes.
  • Test new online and traditional growth channels.
  • Competitor analysis and study.
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in similar fields.
  • Minimum Academic qualification: Bachelor in Business or similar.
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics (or similar), and CRM software.
  • Working knowledge of Google Adwords and social media advertising.
  • Experience with social media campaigns (Google, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, etc...).
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Active participant in communities such as Reddit, Twitter, or Discord.
  • Experience in writing Blogs, Articles, and copywriting.
  • You love solving ambiguous problems through rapid hypothesis testing.
General Requirements
  • Work hours: USA Business hours (EST/CST/PST).
  • High-Speed Internet and the ability to join Video Meetings during business hours.
  • You are a hard-working, energetic, and creative individual who loves to use existing but also acquire new knowledge.
