We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at the first mobile car wash application in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels, analyzing lead generation metrics, and maintaining a database of prospects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of successfully generating leads and meeting goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Generate New Business Leads:
    • Utilize various channels including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to identify and generate new business leads.
    • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze and Report on Lead Generation Metrics:
    • Analyze lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present reports on lead generation performance to management.
  • Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills:
    • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with prospects and team members.
    • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Ability to Work Independently and Meet Deadlines:
    • Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative to drive lead-generation activities forward.
  • Contact and Qualify Leads:
    • Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
    • Nurture leads through the sales funnel to convert them into customers.
  • Develop and Maintain a Database of Leads:
    • Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference.
    • Keep the database updated with relevant information and interactions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation.
    • Incorporate industry insights into lead generation strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills:
    • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage lead generation activities.
    • Prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and results.
  • Proficiency in Using Lead Generation Tools:
    • Proficient in using lead generation tools and software to streamline processes and optimize performance.
    • Stay informed about the latest tools and technologies for lead generation.
  • Ability to Analyze Data and Make Data-Driven Decisions:
    • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that can inform lead-generation strategies.
    • Make data-driven decisions to optimize lead generation efforts and improve results.

‍ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software.

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices for lead generation.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
