Are you passionate about creating unforgettable culinary experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are seeking a talented Catering Manager to join our prestigious team at [CONFIDENTIAL], a world-renowned 5-star hotel located in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences, and customizing catering packages to meet their needs.
- Coordinating with internal departments such as culinary, banquet, and sales teams to ensure flawless execution of events.
- Managing and supervising catering staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintaining inventory of catering supplies and equipment, and coordinating with procurement teams for replenishment as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in catering facilities.
- Monitoring event budgets and expenses, and providing regular reports to management.
- Upholding the hotel's reputation for excellence in catering services and striving for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven experience in catering management, preferably in a luxury hotel or highend catering company.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and preferences.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
- Saudi Arabian nationality.
