Catering Sales Manager

Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients for catering services.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales revenue.

Contract Management:
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure accurate documentation for catering services.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the catering team, including chefs, event planners, and operations staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating events, including menu planning, logistics, and onsite coordination, as needed.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
